1. Current subprocessors
Each is engaged under written terms no less protective than our own commitments, and is assessed before engagement and annually thereafter.

Named entities for each category are provided to customers on request, and in the data processing agreement.
2. Notice of change
We give 30 days notice before adding a subprocessor that processes customer personal data. Subscribe to change notices by writing to hello@prinvia.com.
3. Objection
Customers on an annual plan may object to a new subprocessor within the notice period. If we cannot offer a reasonable alternative, the customer may terminate the affected service and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees.
