Integrations

Keep your stack. Lose the swivel chair.

Prinvia reads from and writes to the systems you already run, so adopting it does not start with a migration project.

Point of sale, as-is

Sales, voids, discounts, and labor sync from the terminal your staff already know. No retraining, no reinstall weekend.

Accounting both ways

Journal entries, invoices, and vendor bills post on your chart of accounts, and corrections flow back rather than living in two places.

A real API

Documented REST endpoints and signed webhooks for everything the UI can do, with sandbox credentials on request.

Failures you can see

Every sync reports what it moved and what it rejected, with a retry you can run yourself instead of filing a ticket.

Integrations questions

Do I have to replace my point of sale to use Prinvia?

No. Prinvia is designed to sit on top of an existing point of sale and read from it. Replacing the terminal is optional and separate.

How long does a typical integration take?

Connecting a supported point of sale and accounting system is usually a same-day task. A full multi-location rollout including data validation averages 11 days.

Is there an API?

Yes. Prinvia exposes a documented REST API with signed webhooks covering sales, labor, inventory, and audit events. Sandbox credentials are available before you sign.
