1. Who we are
Prinvia Inc. operates the Prinvia platform and this website. For the purposes of data protection law we act as a controller for information about visitors to this site, and as a processor for information our customers put into the platform.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us. Name, work email, company, phone number, and anything you write in a form.
- Information from use of the site. Pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, and device or browser type.
- Customer data. Operational records our customers store in the platform, which we process only on their instruction.
3. Why we use it
To respond to enquiries, to provide and secure the platform, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to understand which parts of this site are useful. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer operational data to train models.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for site analytics and security, on contract for providing the service, on consent where consent is requested, and on legal obligation where retention is required by law.
5. Sharing
We share information with infrastructure, payment, and support providers acting on our behalf under written terms, and with authorities where we are legally required to. We do not share customer operational data with other customers.
6. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months. Audit logs are kept for 12 months by default and up to 7 years where a customer configures it. Accounting records are kept for the period the law requires.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to hello@prinvia.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. International transfers
Data is stored in US regions by default, with EU residency available on request. Where data moves between regions we rely on standard contractual clauses.
