Solution partners
You implement systems for restaurant or retail groups. We train your team, hand over deployment tooling, and pay referral or resale margin.
Two certified engineers is the entry bar.
Hardware partners
You manufacture terminals, kitchen displays, or cameras. We validate against the fleet and add you to the supported hardware list.
Validation runs quarterly.

How do I become a Prinvia integration partner?
Apply through the partners page with your product and the operator problem it solves. Certification covers a sandbox build, a connector review, and a joint test against a live dataset, and typically takes about three weeks.
Is there a fee to become a partner?
No. Certification, sandbox access, and directory listing are free. Solution partners are paid referral or resale margin rather than charged for the programme.
Do partners get access to the API?
Yes. Sandbox credentials, the full REST API, and webhook subscriptions are available to every certified partner before any commercial agreement is signed.
