Does Prinvia track food handler and alcohol server certifications?
Yes. Both are tracked per employee against the jurisdiction that requires them, with expiry reminders to the employee and their manager, and enforcement at the point of scheduling.
Can I upload my own training material?
Yes. Courses can be built from your own videos, documents, and checks, and assigned by role, location, or individually.
What happens when a certification expires?
The employee and their manager are warned ahead of the expiry date. On lapse, the scheduler stops rostering that person onto stations requiring the certification until it is renewed.
