HR

The employee file, without the filing cabinet.

Everything about a person in one record that managers can use and auditors can read, from wage history and time off to policy acknowledgements and incident notes.

One record, not five systems

Contact details, wage history, role changes, documents, certifications, and notes in one place, so a transfer between locations does not mean re-keying a person.

Time off that respects the rota

Requests check against coverage before they reach a manager, accrual balances update automatically, and an approved request removes the person from scheduling.

Documents that expire loudly

Work authorisation, certifications, and signed policies carry expiry dates and chase themselves rather than sitting in a drawer.

A written trail for the hard conversations

Coaching notes, incidents, and performance reviews recorded consistently, which is what makes a termination defensible months later.

HR questions

Does Prinvia replace my HR system?

For most single and multi-unit operators it is the HR system. Groups with an established HRIS usually keep it as the system of record and sync employee, wage, and hours data both ways.

How is time off handled?

Requests are checked against scheduled coverage before a manager sees them, accrual balances update automatically by policy, and approval removes the employee from the affected shifts.

Can employees see their own records?

Yes. Staff can view their schedule, hours, pay history, accrued time off, and the certifications they need to keep current, which removes most of the questions managers field.
