Accessibility
What we target, what we have tested, what is still wrong, and how to tell us.

1. Target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this site and the application. That is a target we work to, not a certification we hold.
2. What this site does
- Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Body text meets a 4.5:1 contrast ratio and large text 3:1, verified against the rendered page rather than the palette.
- Motion respects the reduced-motion setting; animated content stops and nothing depends on it.
- Content reflows to 320px without horizontal scrolling.
- Landmarks, one h1 per page, and text alternatives on meaningful images.
3. Known gaps
- The animated logo row is decorative and is not currently exposed as a list to assistive technology.
- Some product illustrations convey their detail visually; the surrounding text carries the same information, but the illustrations themselves are labelled only at a summary level.
- Third-party embedded content is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
4. Reporting a barrier
Email hello@prinvia.com with the page and what went wrong. We acknowledge within two business days and will tell you whether and when we can fix it. If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we will provide it.
